My son has been a part of KF USA for over five years, and it has been an outstanding experience. The Senseis are incredibly patient, supportive, and truly care about each individual child. Beyond the regular karate training, the school offers a variety of fun and engaging activities such as pool parties, movie nights, and parent-child self-defense classes that help build strong bonds and a sense of community. My son has also taken part in a few tournaments and even won some awards, which has greatly boosted his confidence.
Our daughter just started at Karate Fit about two weeks ago as a white belt, and we’ve already been so impressed! Sensei Swingle is incredibly patient, professional, and encouraging—he creates a welcoming environment where even brand-new students feel confident and supported.
In such a short time, our daughter has become more focused, disciplined, and excited to learn. She looks forward to every class and is proud to be part of Karate Fit.

Wide variety of classes teaching all levels and sorts of martial arts. Multiple instructors all bringing their own skills to pass down to new students. Each and every person attending class is able to be assisted and learn and improve with each class as well as age ranges so everyone can join and get the most out of their training!
I’ve personally been coming here for 18 years and counting and haven’t once thought of looking back! The staff is amazing, the equipment and floors are cleaned and sanitized after every use, and teach valuable life skills such as respect, discipline, focus, and many more!
We only started the school for our 3 year old son recently, but we love it already! From the first day, me, my husband, and our son felt warmly welcomed into the karate fit community/family. Our son sometimes has trouble following directions like other older kids are able to do, but the senseis are very patient with him and teach the techniques until he gets it right. He excited to learn more and we cannot wait to see where this karate journey will take him.
My younger brother has been attending this kids’ karate program, and it’s been such a positive experience for him. The instructors are amazing—supportive, skilled, and really great with the kids. He’s gained confidence, improved his focus, and always looks forward to class. It’s been awesome to watch him grow both in his skills and in his attitude. I definitely recommend this program to any family looking to get their child into something active and empowering!
