Why would you even advertise when there is a 3 year waiting list? Seems nice and have friend that lives there.
It's a good place to reside, clean and safe.
Usually quiet, till outsiders visit, guest's have no respect for the other residents.
Smell of weed, kids running thru hallways.
Office manager is very aware, and is working on fixing this issue. The staff is wonderful, treats EVERYONE with respect and helps with needs of tenants. But, sometimes they can't please everyone.
this is a very nice living environment, some people complain, they can always leave and go elsewhere. Brookshire Senior Apartments.. are priced reasonable.
I think that The Brookshire is a very nice apartment complex.
