Working with Melia has been a game changer in my postpartum journey. Her workouts are thoughtfully planned, fun — yet challenging — and effective. I've been working with Melia for over a year and she is an incredible trainer. She will work with you to make a tailored workout routine and help you meet your goals. She is very knowledgeable about what she does, constantly researching new routine and techniques, and will motivate you to push yourself to new limits. I am 32 years old and and very active. She has helped me get into the best shape I've ever been in, both mentally and physically. I started training with Melia two years ago. I have had an incredible experience training with her. I have done a variety of fitness instructions over the years, but Melia is the first person that has helped me stay super motivated to keep pushing each week. I’ve never really been a “gym type” but ever since starting with her I’ve never felt more motivated to work out. I am stronger now than I have ever been my entire life. I am so thankful of the fitness goals I have reached so far while training with Melia!
I started working with Melia about a year and a half ago, never having worked with a trainer before. She's smart, intuitive, and creative in the workouts she plans. She listens to what you need, checks in when you have an injury and will modify as needed. Since I travel for work, she's been great at incorporating routines that I can easily transfer to a hotel gym, which has made it much easier to maintain an exercise routine when I travel. If you're looking for a personal trainer who is dedicated to her craft and cares about your fitness goals, I would highly recommend working with Melia!
