Been going to Tom's Auto service for over 16 years. What a great shop. I've told him he can never retire. They have taken care of multiple vehicles of mine, my wife's, son, nephew's and friends cars. Always a great experience, never an issue, always explained the situation before doing the work. What a business model, they get cars in... and clears them out... so when you see the lot empty.. they've cleared them out by the weekend when they are closed. Can't say enough good about them.
I have gone to Tom's for a few auto repairs now over the years and appreciate their honesty about the services needed. I know very little about cars and would probably buy blinker fluid if someone tried to sell me it, but Tom's let's me know exactly what needs to be done, explains it in detail and is very reasonably priced. We had great communication and I would highly recommend Tom's Auto !!
I just had my first experience with Tom’s Auto and I was very impressed and pleased with their service. A very easy process and a honest opinion on the condition of our vehicle. And the price of the service was almost 1/3 of what the dealership was quoted. I’m happy to become a customer of Tom’s from now on.
