Taking a gander at reviews while I wait for the office to open and I find myself needing to chime in after seeing the negative reviews. My son, almost 14, has been seeing Dr. Eng. since he was only days old. We now cross state borders to continue to see her or Dr. Supansic who joined the office some years ago (who is just as excellent).

There has been only a couple of times the office has not been able to fit in my boy the day of for an appointment in the almost 14 years we've been going. The receptionists are kind and thorough. The assistants who prep patients.. same.

If you're looking for lifelong pediatricians, I can attest to it that they have always exceeded my expectations. Wait times are minimal, one on one with the drs extensive, detailed and NOT rushed and their diagnosis accurate. They return messages by end of day. They have gone above and beyond in too many ways to itemize here. As well, I have not been asked to leave this review or benefit from it in any way.

It feels like family whenever we go take our 18 month old for his checkups. Both Dr. Eng and Dr. Supansic are incredibly knowledgeable and ease any worries we have regarding our sons development. We will always have a slew of questions and they never rush us to speak to the next client.The offices are always clean and well kept. Checking in and setting up appointments are a breeze. We travel pretty far to come here and it is well worth it.

I am very satisfied with the care my son receives at Dr Eng's office. Both Dr. Eng and Dr. Supansic are super thorough and caring, I have never felt rushed when I take my son for his visits. I did have to change my son to another doctor a few years ago due to an issue I had with one of their administrative policies; but I ended up coming right back. Dr. Eng was my pediatrician and I am 35 years old!! so that goes to show the years of expertise she has under her belt. Definitely recommend her office for great primary care!

Asked around when I moved to the neighborhood a year ago and it seems the whole neighborhood loves this place. Both doctors are compassionate, knowledgeable and patient. I wish they could be my doctors as well. Anytime my daughter has been sick I have been able to get a same day visit. Staff has been amazing. When I first called My daughter wasn’t a registered patient yet so my daughter couldn’t be seen but the receptionist took the time to recommend me to a great pediatric urgent care and was so nice about it all and she helped me register with the practice as well. Highly recommend this practice.

Absolutely love Dr. Supansic!!!! She was always patient, very thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and great with my baby. I never felt rushed, she always took time to answer any of my questions and concerns. If I called the office, she always followed up quickly. Never had to wait for appointments either. My baby always felt comfortable around her. Great practice, I’m so sad I moved and can’t find another pediatrician office like this! Highly recommend.
