My initial communication with Tri-State was thru email & i have to say their responses were ALWAYS IMMEDIATE. They came out this past Tuesday (7/18) to check on our pool heater. It was leaking water from someplace & failing to ignite. The crew came in & knew what was wrong with it immediately (as did we). The whole heater had to be replaced. Today is Friday (7/21) & they arrived at 8:30am with the new heater! 45 minutes later & it was installed & COMPLETE. He knocked on our door, told us about using this new upgraded heater & that they will send us a bill in a couple of days. This company is AMAZING. They're HONEST, accurate, FRIENDLY & professional! Needless to say we will be saving their number in our phone should we have any other work that needs to be done on our pool or its' system! Thank you guys for being so professional!!!

We had our pool installed and highly recommend them! Ric was excellent to work with from concept to completion.

I reached out to Tri State Pools to see if they could get us a new filter for our pool. I was told they would try & call me if something comes in. I received a phone call within 10 minutes or so and they installed for me within 4 business days! I think they would have done sooner however we had a holiday, needless to say we were impressed, especially this time of the year! We said why not and had them install a heater as well. Great job, very professional, and had no problems answering all my questions after showing me how to work everything.
I recommend using them. My husband has gone into the store on several occasions & have always been a pleasure. This is our new pool place! Thanks for being there for us Tri State!
