Pleasant experience from start to finish. As someone who has purchased cheaper online blinds before you can tell the quality and detail of their blinds are significantly better than Chinese resellers. The rep we started with also was so friendly and helped us design the look! Worth every penny.
Everything was smooth and easy from beginning to end. Carla helped us out in the beginning and followed through with everything for us when the guy came to measure and installed they were probably on time made me aware when they were coming. It was a pleasant experience.
My experience with the Langhorne store (Blinds To Go) was enjoyable. They all were very courteous, helpful & professional. My sales assistant Gilbert & the Mgr. Itodo provided excellent service. My installer (Bart) was great. I highly recommend him.
