McHale's KBA

The McHale's team just finished a full bathroom gut and remodel in my historic home. I am so pleased with the results and entire experience. The designer, Doug & office staff Sheila and Sarah made design, contracts and permitting stress free. Doug was transparent about pricing and what to expect. All of the trades people, Mike, Gregory, Rios, Izzy & their helpers Shawn, Owen, Mike W. & Rob were all skilled professionals and treated my home with care. Thank you to the entire team for your hard work and for putting up with my dog! I'd like to say a special thank you to the project manager, Mike whose positive attitude & expertise is top tier. He kept the project organized and finished on time. I'm looking forward to working with McHale's on my next project.

Our new bathroom has exceeded our expectations. We absolutely love it and the craftsmanship is excellent. From beginning to end the entire team has been prompt, polite, neat and knowledgeable. A big thanks to Sheila, Shawn Chambers, Pete, Mike, Kurt, Owen, Greg Smith and Gregory Karros. You are all rock stars.

Wow! That's the title of this review! From the minute we walked into the showroom on Trenton Rd and talked to Sheila, we were treated like royalty. Doug came out to talk to us and made sure he understood our vision for our kitchen, and Mike executed the perfect tile installation. I can't recommend McHale's enough.

Ok! Here I go! I never do reviews, but my experience was so positive that I promised that I would do one. My review is for my kitchen remodel that McHales completed last summer 2022. The experience was wonderful from start to finish! It started with Doug our designer who helped us make our design ideas come true with his own unique twist of turning our stove, which is one of everyone’s favorite parts of the kitchen! Then there is Harry, our one man show! He arrived bright and early everyday, always in a cheerful mood and ready to get the job done!. He is a master craftsman who practically did the remodel himself. Everyone communicated the projects schedule vey well and I loved the calendar that supplied anticipated dates of activities. The project was completed on schedule with a few odds and ends that were needed during the following week. I will leave you with this, I am sure we could have found cheaper bids but McHale’s quality of work, professionalism, friendliness, and guarantee of work back by over 75 years of service was worth it!
I also would like to give a shout out to Jenny for all of the paperwork and dealing with the permits. Plus Sheila for always being there to greet me every time I needed to stop into the showroom!

I recently had my 35 year old kitchen remodeled by McHale’s.Their business model and professionalism made it a successful experience. I worked closely with Doug to convert my thoughts and ideas into a workable plan. He guided me through the selection process so I was confident about my choices. Sheila was always available to answer my questions. The project manager, Mike Miller, was easy to work with. He paid attention to detail and communicated with me about progress and scheduling. We nicknamed him “ no worries Mike”. Kudos to his team Kevin, Anthony, Steve, George and Neal. They were all knowledgeable, reliable and pleasant to work with. I have my dream kitchen thanks to the McHales team.
