I can't say enough about the staff. Very friendly and compassionate . This home is very clean and well kept. It was very comforting knowing that my father in-law is in good hands during his rehabilitation stay!
My mother in law is well taking care off I am the spouse of her daughter angela and my spouse says the nursing adm and staff knows angela concerns with my mother In law. And so they listen and try to help as much as they can. Thank you for taking care of her and for communicating with angela.
Today 11-30-25 I went to visit my mom in the morning about 11:00 am . I was very happy with how the staff interacted with me about how my mom was doing I asked for help and the nurse aide provided me with the help . I felt the connection they had with my mom as a resident there. I felt like we were not overlooked as we will get to her whenever. Treat people as you would like your family to be treated and this is your job do it with grace and passion you do not know where you or one of your family would be one day . Most of all do it from your heart ♥️ your position is to care for the people that are in Autum lake in need of your assistance.
There were two employees that went above and beyond for the Mother of my church. I only have their first names Stephanie and Anita I believe they are Aides. They're hospitable, caring and efficient women. While I was there they were non stop working and assisting everyone. Thank you Stephanie and Anita for your hardwork!!
