5 out of 5 stars. Jay is punctual, responsive, honest, direct, and pleasant to work with. He went out of his way to rapidly accommodate our schedule and help us view a vehicle we were interested in at a convenient time and place for us. He made zero efforts to hide issues with the car and let us give it a solid look-over and test drive. When we identified a concern, he worked with us on it and followed through exactly how I would hope for when making a big purchase. The car has been what we expected, and follow-up conversations to work out all the details have been exactly as they should be. If Jay says he will, he does. Hard-working and ethical, the latter being hard to find in car sales. Next time I need a car, I will check with Jay on his inventory before blind shopping other dealer options. I look forward to him growing his business.
