Lincoln Park Care Center

After my mother was moved from the third floor to the first floor, I was very pleased with the change. This review is specifically for the first-floor staff. After speaking with Allison H. about my mother’s care, I felt completely at ease. She was determined to help my mother get well—and she did. The 1st floor is clean, the staff is friendly, and they take good care of my mom. I also met the charge nurse, Tamara E., who truly takes the time to get to know her patients. Thank you all for everything you do.

The nurses are patient & kind, ‘. . I am referring to the west 1 care team. Alison Hinkley has been a great help in getting my son what he needs & her patience & understanding is a blessing. The social worker, Gabriel has been wonderful & encouraging to my son, Edward. Overall this is a fabulous team of hard working caring people. Thank you for your patience & care with my son. And Alison’s communication with me is a Godsend.

my brother has been a patient for 10 months and he says they all care for him well has no complaints. My sister and I are is caretakers and we both have had excellent interactions with his nurses and others who seem to be very caring and very professional in caring for all my brothers needs. In particular the nursing supervisor Allison Hinkley has been very helpful in keeping us aware of everything which involves my brother. Allison is always available to answer any question we may have and has complied with anything we have asked of her. Stacy Courter, from the business office was the very fist person we were introduced to and she was very helpful to us in so far as admitting him with help from Medicaid. We very much appreciated her guidance and help in the entire process. All in all we have had a pleasant experience with Lincoln Park Care Center

My brother has received excellent care in the 3+ years he has been a resident at Lincoln Park Care Center. This is largely due to Allison's competence, care, and communication. Dina, Tamara, Olivia, Duan, Isaac, Loretta, Jean, and John, the caring team doing a difficult job under her supervision, are also much appreciated.

I was greatly impressed with the staff with whom I had contact the day of my visit. The following staff could not have been kinder or more helpful…A. Hinkley, N. Eke, M. Marcellus and C. Kent. Ms. Hinkley was especially helpful and knowledgeable regarding my friend and was able to answer my questions cogently and with what I perceived to be great compassion and knowledge. The surroundings were pleasant and very clean… and the residents seemed relaxed and comfortable…and “at home.” The friend I was visiting seemed extremely well-cared for.
