My family and I love going to Minerva's! We had gone for a few years and coming back this summer, it felt just the same as when we were there last. Emma makes amazing breakfast and the morning company is always delightful. The rooms are clean and the entire building is what the imagination would create for a place to stay by the beach. The area this bed and breakfast is in is quiet but with plenty to do if you do not want to travel back to the south of the island every day. Thank you Minerva's for a wonderful weekend!!
Lovely B&B with great location and views! Multiple options on rooms for families. Elevator for my disabled brother was fantastic! Then there was the most elegant breakfast prepared by the owners! We so enjoyed our stay, and will return.
Minerva's is an incredibly homey, delightful, whimsical, love-filled jewel with the most amazing in keeper, Emma. It's just a few blocks from the most exquisite, clean, magical beach surrounded by a bird sanctuary and flora covered dunes. Emma makes you feel family. I can't wait to go back.
Just returned from my third stay at Minerva's and once again it was a very pleasant and interesting experience. My room was very comfortable and breakfasts were delicious with choices for everyone. However, what is always the best thing about staying in this home away from home B&B is time spent with Emma, the owner. She is welcoming, fun loving, and always has interesting conversation with her guests. Now she has Paul who is charming and a good addition to the overall charm of this house.
Thank you Emma and Paul for a great weekend experience. I am so happy to be able to share LBI and Minerva's with my loving friend John. We look forward to our next stay!

Minerva's by the Sea was the best way to do LBI. The accommodations were charming and very clean, and it is in a great location - right by the lighthouse and plenty of good food options. We really enjoyed Emma's hospitality and her ability to go above and beyond to make guests comfortable. Breakfast was a healthy yet filling option. We plan to return shortly and really take advantage of all this B&B has to offer!
