Always helpful even when I bring in vintage horns that need work. I have been a customer for at least 30 years.

They take great care of my trusty old Conn and Buescher tenor. I'll be back! My horns play fantastic now!!

I highly recommend this place if you have any problems with you instruments, or simply want to have them checked out, serviced, etc. The staff is very friendly, kind and accommodating. I have had my professional flute serviced here twice and both times I was very satisfied. The first time it was throughout service including change of ALL pads. The second time it was an emergency repair and they went out of their way to accommodate me. I was truly touched. I will continue to come here to check my flute and have it serviced. Mr. Henry is a true instruments Doctor!

A longstanding institution in the area for instrument rentals and repairs. I've been coming here probably 30+ years since I started playing as a kid, and they still service my own personal instruments to this day. Good quality repairs.

I always deal with the same guy who is pretty unfriendly, verging on rude. They didn't have what I needed, and the guy said he'd never even heard of it (what I was looking for is really standard in the music world, and it's really disillusioning that someone who works in a music store has never heard of it). Will probably not go again. Too many times that I've gone there and been annoyed by their service.
