    I purchased a cookie plate from The Educated Chef for the first time in 2025. However, I must place an order in advance for the cookie plate. Also, cookies offered each year are completely different from the cookies offered from the previous years.

    We ordered a cookie plate from The Educated Chef for the first time this year..it was fantastic and everyone raved about them!
    We have purchased his sourdough breads in the past and they have always been delicious!! For a truly unique’cookie’ experience..order a plate or box!

    The Traditional Sourdough is superb! Great sourdough taste with a hint of salt, and a smoothness overall but still a frothiness to the dough. The Sourdough Foccacia is terrific! It's an unusual take on the pillowy bread of Italian origin - and sooo tasty! I have not yet tried the croissant sourdough, but I hear it's gaining a following....look forward to trying it and joining the growing crowd. Glad to have discovered this artisanal baker, his bread will fill you up & make you happy.

    I’m very happy that my friend recently introduced me to the Educated Chef breads! We have tried the whole wheat sourdough, rye sourdough, and multiseed sourdough. All delicious!! We have eaten fresh and also followed the directions he gave for freezing in slices. Works beautifully!

    Thanks, Educated Chef, for your fantastic sourdough breads! We just stocked up on the whole wheat, 10-grain, and bread sticks. They are hearty, flavorful, and freeze well. We also tried the peach hand-pies, which had a beautiful summer flavor with fresh peach and a hint of lemon. Buttery crust and not too sweet. Delish.
