This is the ONLY store where we buy things for our dogs. Pattie, who runs the store, is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. She truly has a love for all pets and pours her heart into helping her customers and their furry family members. Not only does she always ask how Hannah and Gwinny our two Shi Tzus are doing, as well as Athena our daughter’s Golden Retriever, but the amazing thing is she literally remembers every customer’s pets by name. Over the years she has given us excellent advice and recommendations regarding different types of food for the changing needs of our dogs. When we go to pick up food, she will remember exactly which brand and type of food we are using each of our dogs without us even saying it. The store has a host of adorable outfits, toys, etc. and of course a great selection in her bakery for treats. She makes a trip to the store to pick up even the most basic supplies, something we look forward to more like visiting a close friend. I use a quote in my business from Teddy Roosevelt that reads “Nobody cares how much you know, until they know how much you care” and that perfectly sums up why Pattie is so successful and how she has built such a loyal base of customers & friends. She has tremendous knowledge, but that is magnified by how much she cares.

I called Fetch after seeing their business referenced as carrying Lord Jameson products on the Lord Jameson website. The kindest and most friendly lady picked up the phone and upon letting her know which product I was looking for she went to check that it was in stock, read all the ingredients to me over the phone to make sure it'd meet my needs and then said she'd place a few bags on hold for me to pick up. I arrived at the store a short while later and found out this lovely person is Patty. She was equally kind and welcoming when I arrived, had the dog treats all ready for me to purchase, and even said I didn't have to rush over during my lunch break from work because she'd have stayed just a bit after closing, had I needed it. Wow!
I do not have dogs myself but was there for the first time making a purchase for a friend's dog and Patty made me feel like a regular customer. She has a gift of customer service that so many establishments lack. What a delightful experience!

This place is wonderful! The owner is super kind and helpful. She had wonderful suggestions for my anxiety chewer. My picky dog absolutely loved the treats she recommended. They have an amazing array of chews, treats, toys, clothing and accessories. You should definitely visit this boutique! Your dog will thank you.

This place is true gem in the heart of Port Jeff. Patty the owner has always showered our dogs with love and encouragement. The shop has so much to offer; food, toys, shampoos, etc. and all of them are top notch for the best price! Believe me my pitty (cole) always knew to walk up to her little shop off of main street when ever we were down there. She also makes amazing homemade cookies and treats for all dogs even if they have allergies! You can see the owner truly has a passion for animals and wants the best for you and them. If you're ever down in Port Jeff with your four legged friend go visit the shop, you wont regret it.

When our sweet girl, Sage, turned 15 years old, she was as about ready to cross the rainbow bridge. We had gotten our pups birthday cakes from fetch before, and went to get Sage her last birthday cake. The owner of Fetch, Patty, was an absolute angel to us. She asked how our pup was doing and my mom tearfully informed her that this would be Sage’s last birthday before the rainbow bridge. Patty was the absolute sweetest. She hugged us and cried with us. She then gave us the expensive cake for free along with multiple treats. My family was so taken aback by this kindness and the fact that she did not want us to pay even when we offered. We brought her flowers some time later to thank her, and she gave us more free treats for our new pup. I will forever rave about her and Fetch, and encourage everyone to go there. From the bottom of our hearts and Sage’s, we will never forget how inspiring this beautiful act of kindness was. I wish Patty nothing but the best!
