SCOTT IS AWESOME! I sent my PacoJet ice cream machine in for repairs and they did an amazing job. And I live over a thousand miles away. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my restaurant equipment except these guys. Excellent customer service and turnaround time. Highly recommend.
Great customer service. Over the past 12 years I've had Scott repair many pacojets for me. Service is quick when I have to send one in and they come back humming like new. I also appreciate how Scott always takes the time to answer my questions, and in 12 years I've never even had a call that was not pleasent no matter who I spoke to.

Called Scott upon recommendation about a PacoJet issue I was having. He quickly diagnosed the problem and stayed on the phone with me to get it fixed. Truly amazing service and a great guy. Really appreciate his help and he will be the first person I call with any issues down the road!
