What an amazing yoga studio!
As soon as I walked in to Yoga Union I was impressed by how beautiful and calming the studio space is. The staff is so warm and welcoming.
I’ve taken classes with all the teachers and I am really impressed with the quality of the classes and each teacher’s knowledge. I also like that there are so many levels of classes offered – yin, gentle, moderate, mixed levels, and more challenging classes. The teachers have been helpful offering modifications which has allowed me to get a well-rounded practice despite some injuries.
The class schedule and convenient location have made it super easy to get to class.
I’ve definitely found my yoga home!
